When I work out in the morning, I feel more ready to take on the day. Getting the blood pumping, muscles moving, and endorphins jumping really does do a body good. It’s sometimes hard to begin the habit and it’s easy to stop the habit even after I start. I guess I just have to remember the feelings that I have after I exercise.
I don’t always want to exercise but I want the feeling that I did exercise. The results are worth pushing myself.
