Since God has freed you from the penalty of your sins and given you a new and everlasting hope, offer your life to Him each and every day. Make plans and create big ideas that will glorify Him. But also remember that God will have divine appointments for you to accomplish each day. Something where you stop your normal routine and really pay attention to another person. If your big plans don’t include helping people, you are missing something. Let God transform your mind into one that thinks like Him. He always cares for people.
And so, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all He has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind He will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship Him. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
