Sometimes when I don’t get something done that I had planned to do in the morning, I give up with the line, “Well…I’ll just do that tomorrow morning.”
This is wrong thinking. Unless what you planned to do in the morning was very time restrictive, it’s probably okay to do it in the afternoon or even later. Why wait for tomorrow?
You can breathe a very deep sigh of relief that you don’t have to worry about it tomorrow.
Plus…there’s an extra benefit of doing it now. You feel like you received a reboot on your day. You were able to do it anyway and that enthusiasm just might lead to doing even more things on your to-do list.
It’s never too late to do something you should have done.
