Do you sometimes feel like you are just going through the motions of life and not really living it?
I have found that I feel the most like this when I’m not using my God-given talents, gifts, and resources to help other people. I have a tendency to hold back my talents because I’m afraid of how it will be received. But this really shouldn’t be an issue at all. I should do what I’m called to do and let God worry about who receives it. He can use it in ways that I won’t ever know about. And He can even use it in the lives of people that don’t seem to receive it well.
My job isn’t to worry about the reception; my job is to be obedient.
