Based on Psalm 45
If the Gospel stirs my heart, I will rise up, go forward, and walk out my calling with complete confidence—confidence in Him, not confidence in myself. My weapon is the Word of God which always accomplishes something when it is yielded. I am clothed splendidly in Christ’s righteousness. Why should I fear? I should go forth victoriously and walk in truth and humility because I know Who is at my side. The clothing that God gives me is all I need to accomplish what He has planned for me to do. I am not sufficiently clothed to do someone else’s work, only my own. I honor the Lord for what He has done for all mankind and for me personally. I walk in His ways because I am grateful, not because I want to earn something from Him. Joy and gladness lead me and they are also my reward.
