Intoverts may be quiet but, in spite of that fact, they enjoy people. However, they’re not satisfied with casual chats. They would rather know people more intimately.
They are Great at Listening
Introverted people may be able to pinpoint problems because they really hear everyone’s opinions. They pay attention and are able to pull opinions together into a neat package that just might satisfy everyone in the room. Their instinct is to ascertain what people want and work at making them happier.
They are Calm
People with introvert tendencies aren’t troublemakers because they tend to think before they act or speak. They ponder their grievances, mull over ways to correct the problem, and go to someone else calmly to seek reconciliation. Going ballistic simply isn’t a typical part of their nature.
They Focus Deeply
Intoverts are able to focus deeply on a problem until they find a viable solution. They go deeper into a problem or idea. Intoverts aren’t satisfied with surface answers. They enjoy solving problems and don’t typically give up too soon. They are relentless with finding solutions.
They Work Creatively
Answers that they come up with will often be beyond the norm. They strive to get at the real problem, not the superficial one. They don’t want to pacify people. They want to provide a real, out-of-the-box, creative solution.
They Enjoy Complexity
Intoverts look for the richness in an idea or subject—the marrow. They draw energy from their impressions and seek to help others understand those impressions. However, they also desire to hear others’ opinions and incorporate those into the solution as well.
Many times, introverted people need quiet, reflective times and places in order to sort out their thoughts and feelings. They gain the energy and information that they need from small groups and one on one conversations that go beyond “how are you doing.”
Introverts can make loyal, lifelong friends as well as creative workers. Don’t give up on them just because they may be more difficult to get to know. Once you do know them, you won’t regret it.
