Back in May, I began a quest to lose weight. In 4 months, I did lose 3 pounds. But I also got frustrated with how slow the journey was taking.
So, at the end of September, I joined Weight Watchers. In a little over a week, I had lost another 3 pounds.
Although it is possible to lose weight on your own, the journey just might be quicker with a little help.
Sometimes you need help to accomplish your goals.
Getting some help means that I just might progress faster.
